Dr. Trinh Van Vinh
Dr. Trinh Van Vinh (1982) is a Vietnamese historian, who graduated with a Ph.D. in World History at Beijing Normal University (China) in 2020. In his dissertation he explored the topic of Vietnamese migration from the North to the South after the Geneva Peace Accords in the 1950s.
He is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Sociology, Social work, a Southeast Asia at the Ho Chi Minh City Open University (Vietnam). His main research directions are history of the cold war, history of Southeast Asia, history of international relations, and refugee history in Vietnam.
